Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your order is allowed only before it has been produced. Please call us at 520-393-8784 immediatly if you wish to cancel an order.

Refund Policy

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Errors or shortages in your order must be reported via email at CUSTOMER SERVICE within 3 business days of shipment receipt.

Personalized and custom ordered items may not be returned for a refund unless there were errors on our part, or in shipping.

If you have any questions regarding your sign or design please leave a comment in the shopping cart COMMENT area. If you need to make final approval before the sign is produced, let us know (in the COMMENT field) and we will email you the layout before production.

Delivery Policy

It is our goal to ship your order within 2 business days of receipt (Monday - Friday). Products are sent to the customer by USPS (United States Postal Service, unless otherwise arranged).We will notify you if there are any delays in shipment.

Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly! We only ship to the shipping address that you provide at checkout.

USPS priority mail will NOT have a detailed tracking number, only delivery confirmation number which verifies the delivery location and if the package has been delivered.

Privacy Policy

We collect the following information:

    * Credit card information is NOT stored on our servers.

    * Once an order has been submitted, PayPal will verify the number and charges your card for the shown amount.

Acceptable Use

We reserve the right to refuse to produce an order for any reason. We will not produce orders containing racial slurs,cursing, or any other blatently offensive language. If we should have to cancel an order, customers will recieve their payment returned in full and the reason for cancellation.
